  • Assist geological and exploration due diligence for corporate development opportunities, providing senior technical assessment and recommendations on exploration potential, asset quality and geological risk, and representing the exploration function in technical discussions with external specialists, advisors and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate material geological risks, opportunities and technical issues requiring senior management attention, and provide recommendations to support informed exploration and investment decisions.
  • Build effective relationships across site and corporate functions, including Exploration, Technical Services and Corporate Development, and with external technical specialists.

  • Proven track record of supporting exploration success, discoveries and resource growth.
  • Extensive experience across multiple deposit types, preferably including orogenic gold, epithermal and VMS systems.
  • Strong expertise in geological and structural modelling, exploration data management and interpretation, GIS, targeting, and QA/QC.
  • Experience establishing or managing collaborative geoscientific research programs with external organizations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency with exploration and geological software, such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Leapfrog and ioGAS.
  • Ability to regularly travel to project locations and nationwide.

Certifications
