Greenstone Mine is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant to join our team. Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Supervisor, the Tool Crib Attendant is responsible for maintaining the tool crib inventory and distributing supplies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Issue tools as required
• Maintain accurate record of tools taken and returned
• Identify broken tools and repair tools or arrange for repairs
• Replace missing tools
• Puts parts away in proper locations
• Ensure parts room is clean and organized

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Self-motivated and safety conscious
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner
•  Candidates must demonstrate good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

• Forklift training is an asset
• Experience with parts manuals and identifying components and parts as an asset
• Prior experience in an industrial setting - mine site experience an asset

LOCATION

• This position will be based in Geraldton, Ontario on a 14/14 rotation.
